Since I wouldn't use this rig to do any kind of gaming, do you think the graphics card is overkill? Do you think money is better maxing out the RAM? Is it possible to do 16GB with this setup?
Some of my retouched files surpassed 500MB so yes, a little bit of high end work. The RAW files from my camera @ 16bit is a bit hefty. But i would say 75% of the time, its basic photoshopping with light video editing.

my vote goes to overnightprints.com. I've designed 20-30 sets of business cards in the past 10 months and used overnight to print all of them. never had a problem with them so far.
