Need a few 120mm fans

I like the Galcialtech fans. They are supposed to push 37CFM at 950RPM at 12V, but mine is turning at 1050RPM most of the time. They are advertised to be 19DB and they are almost inaudiable. Even over the quietest CPU fan I doubt they are audiable at all.

psu problem ??? help...

The same thing happened to me. I bought a Compucase that came with a HEC power supply, but I also bought a new much more powerful Enermax power supply. I connected the Enermax to the case, plugged it in and tuned it on. Nothing happened. The fans didn't move. I then thought something was wrong...

I need a 120x25 case fan....

My Yate Loon fan at 12V is at 1800RPM, and is VERY loud!

case fans

I like the Glacialtech fans. They are advertised as pushing 37CFM at 950RPM (12V). Mine is at 12V and spinning at 1030RPM, and is VERY quiet. I don't know the DB or the CFM but it is supposed to be over 40CFM if the advertisement is correct. It is supposed to be about 19DB at 950CFM.

Zalman 7000B-AlCu

How quiet is the Zalman 7000B-AlCu (the 92mm fan model) compared with the stock Intel heatsink and fan that come with Prescott or Northwood? How is the Zalman compared with the stock for cooling? Thanks.

adding fan, what direction?

I have one fan blowing air into thr case in the front, one fan blowing air out in the back, and I'm going to add another fan on thr side of the case, just in the line of the CPU. Should I have the third fan blow air in or out? By the way, my Yateloon fan (came with my case) at 1800RPM sounds...

Which cooler to choose

Just had POST, have some questions

OK I checked the bios now and it says the CPU is around 47-49, and the motherboard is around 35-36. I'm using stock CPU cooler, and two case fans. one pretty loud and strong, and one almost silent and doesn't push too much air. I have a Prescott but they said I have three months to change it...
