Well I got rid of the 8-way splitter and put in a 2-way splitter. My download with Steam is still exactly 7.3MBPS, it never varies. When I am performing the Verizon speedtest without steam I get 64MBPS, as soon as I turn on steam download for 7.3MBPS the Verizon speedtest plummits to 4 MBPS...
