You cannot get drivers off of a CD during Windows XP install. You will need to copy them to a floppy or create a slipstreamed install with nLite or something similar.
I placed an order on Sunday(12-1) night. CC charged Monday morning. No notification of shipment. No response to email. We'll see how this turns out.
Update 12-4 Received email from Tony Luu
It appears that people are lagging with your order. I'll check if it goes out today. If it doesn't...
I don't think it is related to the brand. I have an 8500 128MB that flickers on the second monitor. It seems to get worse during high cpu usage. Both of my monitors are @85Hz. my brother-in-law has the same problem w/his 8500 64MB. Both of pur cards are built by ATI.
Check your BIOS settings. I went through the same thing over the weekend. My score was 6405 w/8500 128MB. I looked in my BIOS and my AGP aperture was 32MB and my external (L2) cache was disabled. After the changes my score went up to 9082.
Forgot system specs:

Check to make sure the resolution and color depth is supported by your video card and monitor. Also check the monitor type in your display properties. If it isn't your actual monitor, you may need to get the driver (.inf) from your monitor manufacturer.
At my previous job we had Compaq Deskpros with Matrox G200 cards. There was a known problem with the Matrox cards. Over time the BIOS on the video card would become corrupted and the card would no longer function. I had to install a BIOS "refresher" on all of the machines.
We use the HP 4550 and the Lexmark C710 at work. The print quality is the same. The C710 sounds like a printing press. It is VERY loud. The Lexmark 1200 color is a very nice printer. Quick, quiet, quality output but it is $3200+
