may want to consider the olympus d-370 from officemax(link)... 1.3mp, no optical zoom, but still takes decent pictures... reduced to $150, $25 off $100 coupon available at tech bargains, total $125.

i have the 1401-s, it's worked perfectly for me. the pioneer dvd305s has performed a little better in most of the reviews i've read, though.

Hot deal on low end digital camera

there's really no point in buying a digital camera this cheap. you'll get far better results with a cheapo regular camera and either buying a scanner or asking your devel lab for a cd with digital transfers... believe me, the few advantages of a digicam over the setup i propose are not worth...

though the coupon doesn't have any restrictions on sale merchandise, my local store (boston back bay) didn't apply the 20% off to items already on sale. still a good deal nonetheless...

mostly average prices... 114 for an ibm 10k u160 18Gb is pretty good, as is 197 for a quantum u160 36Gb not blazing hot though
