I think the rebate issues are in the past. A lot of people won't forgive them but I've had good luck with them in the past 3-4 years with a couple of rebates. I've read much the same in other threads that come up about them so it looks like they have changed for the better.

Click "Free Videos" about halfway down on the right. Seems like somewhat slim pickings maybe but I haven't looked through it much. I'm waiting for the Roku player to support it within a couple weeks.
Looks like same TDP as E2xxx series (which makes sense if the E5xxx is the replacement for that line). I'm really surprised the prices haven't dropped more on the e2xxx chips or the equivalent over the last 6 months or so. Maybe the low end is so much better than it used to be?

Thread is from 11/7/2007? Lot of reviews in the thread for the specific RAM? Prices have come down quite a bit at many sellers? On average, the price at eWiz was lower than others for the majority of the life of the thread? Green eggs? :)
