I got a Zalman CNPS8700 LED that I just remounted to a new motherboard, but the motherboard only support PWM, so my fan runs at full speed unless I use a manual voltage adjuster.
I found this converter for 3 pin to 4 pin PWM, but it seems the company has went out of business. Does someone else...
USB 2 has WAY more than is needed for a single HD stream. My locals over the air are about 18 Mbps and USB2 can do up to 400 Mbps. So as you can see it isn't even close. USB will be fine.
I read someone mention that you can make the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme fit by modifying the case. But I never saw any information about how to do it other than it said trim off the HD support tab. I wondered if you considered using the 120? Also by modifying that HD support does it limit...
I have the X-QPack2, GA-G33M-DS2R, and an Intel 6600 Quad Core on order. I'm trying to figure out the best heat sink that will fit both the case and motherboard.
I have a pretty good idea of the clearance of the case (76 mm hight) but I'm not sure how much room I have for the motherboard...
Yeah I've looked at expresscameras because of the good prices, but read reseller ratings and you will find that they take the accessories (battery, charger, etc) out of the box and sell them separately.
Thanks for the info!
Anyone know the place with the best price to buy from, that is an...
Well I can't reply there since my email is banned from there. Not sure what is up with that but probably the hotmail address.
What do you plan to do? I'm thinking waiting until BB gets some more in stock and try another one.
I am using coolbits 2, I was unable to find the fan settings. I'm pretty sure that both fans were actually working because I tested it at first with the case open and it seem to be blowing air. But if you can point me to the settings I will check further. Thanks.
I'm not sure I agree with you on the MMOG since 50 to 100 people on the screen seems to kill the frame rate just fine, but it doesn't really matter since it got the card plenty hot. Although point me to what you used and I'll try that too.
At what rate did you have your card when you hit a...
Well, I think I can agree that the cooler (solid copper) on this BFG is a POS. I don't know the quality of the first cooler for the BFG's.
I used star wars galaxies to check the temp because it runs well in windowed mode so I could watch the temp gauge. At first I thought it was high but not...
