I have had problems with some of the OM rebates @ rebateshq. One for a Belkin product, and the other for the Cendyne 4x DVDRW.
They internally sorted the Belkin rebate wrong (since they put 10+ rebates on the same form), so I got denied. The other they said the UPC was invalid.
I called on both...
i got the SBLive rebate real quick, like 4 or 5 weeks. i was very surprised to get it so quickly.
i didn't buy the hub. did u send it in right away. i mailed mine immediately. maybe they're processing in batches..
wow don't even bother calling Polaroid about their $30 rebate...
thems stupid stupid stupid.
After 15 minutes of being told it was illegal to apply for a manufacturers rebate and a store rebate, (WTF is that) we finally got to the point, Staples is not a participating retailer in the $30 rebate...

I grabbed that JamIt POS too. Did u ask them about the UPC symbol? Since both rebates request the original.
Also, BB printed out 2 receipts, but if u read the Terms & Conditions for the $15 rebate it says "Valid only for JamCam 3.0 purchases..." U get the same thing...
"Very important best buy wants YOU to know; according to their ad. That YOU can store more MP3s on the 80GIG than the 30GIG ! See it pays to read that fine print after all !"
sounds like those infomercials for Auri(sp?) car wash:
Mike: wait a minute, an 80 gig drive can hold more mp3s...
i don't think u guys see the point.
This is not a valid deal, Epson will not accept Staples purchases for the rebate, if you searched and read the previous posts (it's advised to do so before posting a new thread) you would have know this, hence not posted a null deal. On top of it all, the post...
smiles or no smiles, if you're gonna post about the Epson 880 printer it should go in the original thread, that's why i'm saying it's a repost...don't need numerous posts for the same item.
just read all of the posts in the other thread, you'll c the Staples rebate issue covered.
just spoke w/ Epson's rebate center, they will accept rebates for CompUSA, also BestBuy, and Sears... i'm waiting to call (time Zone difference) Epson's main office to find out why they won't honor a Staples purchase.
so CompUSA purchases are OK for the rebate.
For the Epson 880
Think we can get Staples to PM the $100 CompUSA price = $100
use a 25 off 100 = $75
then the 30 MIR = $45
for a final cost of $45?
woops, this has already been posted here: Epson Stylus 880 for $45...
the timing here is great, i've got to get out of my bank situation. it may be free, but they don't even have online banking; i'm talking about family bank btw. i just may b opening up a new account. =)
just for QC's sake, the one i just bought is really quiet... i changed out the memorex 48x, friggin apache helicopter taking off, to the prime peripheral last night, paying close attn. to the sound and this is waaaaay quieter. think its the disc you're playing? just don't want your drives dying...
