Yep that was the problem Crypticburn. I had to have my SBL! in the top pci slot and it worked :) Thanks for help guys really appriciate it.

forgat to add that i tried changing pci slots and wouldnt work. I dont think its a problem with the modem because i'm using it now and it seems to read everything but just wont load up windows. Help will be greatly appriciated.
