I generally read news on forbes, new york times, bbc, & telegraph news sites & blog. I hate watching news on TV as there are tons of ad in between. :o

Free account that attract people to open an account with them, but most of the accounts are still not verified that is the reason paypal is not winning trust from people as a whole and there are not real competitor of paypal so far who can really beat them in market place.

You can hire a freelancer from remote, they shall hardly charge $500 alternatively you can check with your payment processor, they might have a solution.

It depends upon the flexibility and security google is going to offer the merchants to capture the new market, At least their are already a client base ready for google those who are looking alternative of paypal plus those who are already attached with google for advertisement purpose.
