Question Combo CPU and GPU ( 7800xt paired with 7600x or 13600k)

Hello To play at 1080p 165 hz. For example, on the Asus TUF VG249q1a monitor. Would the 7800 xt graphics card combined with the cpu amd 7600x or Intel 13600k could be a good choice ? Thank-you !
