Sorry, can you explain that last part? Look, I'll try to explain again--what I have: Turntable with built-in speakers, but also the traditional L/R out for audio cables. Stereo w/ two speakers. Currently, the stereo speakers are hooked up to the turntable, and the stereo isn't in use...

Yep. Like I said--trying to do this as cheaply as possible, as this isn't the most expensive turntable (quite cheap, obviously).

So, I'll keep this short--I have a stereo and a turntable and one set of speakers. Is there some super-cheap solution that would allow me to switch between the two devices? The speakers really aren't good enough for me to warrant buying a receiver. Thanks!

Check for LED screen?

I just got my new T400, but I was wondering if there was any way to be absolutely sure that they put in the LED screen I selected. Are there any tests I can run?

VMWare keeps freezing w/ XP

I was reading about the soft fix, but the whole thing about Power Play is confusing me... I have a Gigabyte card, and it certainly appears to me that I don't have powerplay... when idle, it clocks in around 77C, which I'm guessing should be cooler. Rather than laying a fan on the card, if I had...

DDR 800 Question...

Since I already bought the 4gb kit (a nice OCZ one from ZZF), does it make sense to try to sell all the ram and just keep the 4gb in there?

4850 cooling question

Just picked up a 4850 and, as the reviews have all stated, it runs fairly hot. Would buying a simple PCI-E fan help cool down the card? I'd love to do it as cheaply as possible!
