If you open that PSU up, you'll find the DC filter capacitors will be stuffed (leaking/dried out).

They just installed a new cluster here too, consisting of 20 dual quad Xeon E5310 nodes, along with a couple of dual dual core Xeon master nodes... Wonder if I can convince the IT guy to let me crunch something on them for a bit...
Heh, I have one of those that's been slowly been adding up when I run the client at Uni... Should really copy it to my flash drive and dump it at some stage ;)
Also added an Opty 144 @ 2.7ghz to the crunch until I can be stuffed putting it in my server box, should be interesting to see how...
A P4 2.8 HT and a celly 1.2 part time, and a 2800+ I have sitting here waiting for someone to pick up ;)
