Fallout 3 stability, ways to improve?

For some inexplicable reason, ffdshow also has a destabilizing effect on FO3. I myself have experienced it, and removing ffdshow fixed it for me.

Hey all I had a question regarding the friends list in Bad Company 2. Is there a way for friends to join a server as a party? If we try to join a game together, it always throws us on opposite teams, and it's a chore to wait for someone to leave on a team and then one of us switches teams...

Looking for a Win 7 64-bit friendly sound solution.

I've been using an HTO Striker 7.1 for the past few months with Win7, and it's working like a charm. My only problem with it is that all the jacks on the card are the same color, so it's difficult to see what I'm plugging into. Other than that, it's great.

Does anyone know if Windows 7 Requires SSE?

Let's for the moment PRETEND that I know what I'm talking about, and purely for the sake of argument, I simply wanted to know if Windows 7 required SSE. I'm sure this simple question isn't beyond anyone who actually takes the time to respond to this thread.

The "bug" is a problem with the motherboard not recognizing the SSE capability of the processor (athlon 2600). So programs that need SSE like Company of heroes and Recent source games for example simply won't work because of lack of SSE. My question simply was if Windows 7 required hardware that...

Disciples 2, hands down one of the best games ever made. Such an epic story (if you do all the campaigns), with fantastic artwork and sound.
