I liked the first episode but the first episode has been on HBO go for months so I've been waiting for the next episode in the series for what seems like ages.

As far as the comparison to the Shimian 27, this is $144.
Personally, I would take a NEC over a Korean manufacturer any day, but that's my preference. This monitor is pretty highly reviewed.

Also, what is the difference with the shakes with fruit vs. a sake with a protein powder with a high carb profile (like the syntha I mentioned).
A few questions for you guys.
1. What are some good pre-workout meal for lifting?
2. How soon before your workout do you eat?
3. If you can't eat, Is a protein shake with a carb heavy composition (ie syntha 6) as effective as a balanced meal with carbs and protein?
