Bankster55, thanks so much for spending time in this thread trying to help others out, it is greatly appreciated. I made the changes your link suggested, and I did have some dump files to analyze. Of the 4 dumps I had to analyze, 3 were caused by ntoskrnl.exe and one by ntkrnlmp.exe. Who Crashed...

Thanks very much for the suggestion - seems to be working so far, although I keep resuming from sleep without having my mouse detected. I remember reading somewhere that having the mouse and keyboard on the USB3 ports could help, so I'll move the mouse over. Really don't want to waste a port...

Built two computers with this board over the weekend. Neither will wake up after going to sleep. Tried disabling the Intel RST drivers and updating to the beta BIOS, and no luck. No overclock other than choosing the "speed" setting in the EZ BIOS. Would appreciate any troubleshooting advice...

Posted the same thread over on the Jonny Guru forums, but it hasn't gotten a response in a whole day, so I thought I'd try here too: I'm going to be putting a gaming rig together between now and summer, maybe. Funds are tight, but my budget isn't, so I'm taking my time, cherry picking deals...

Anyone here have a Razer Diamong Back gaming mouse or the MX-518?

I'd have to concur - the side buttons totally suck for me. Won't use the mouse because of it....should probably use my Amex card to return it, but I've been too lazy to call. It's too bad, it seems like a cool mouse, but whoever designed those side buttons got it way, way wrong IMO.

WTF THE NEW MICROSOFT KEYBOARDS

My relatively new Logitech MultiMedia keyboard leaves the special functions defaulted to on, which irritates me. Worse, you can select "trasparent passthrough" in the iTouch menu, but it doesn't transparently passthrough anything. Only way to get the F keys to work properly is to hit the stupid...

Hmmm. I just installed HL2 and I keep getting an error when trying to create a Steam account. Something about "error 200 connection reset by peer." I tried the Steam forums, but they mostly point to a page that has a bunch of stuff about changing your router and firewall, and I'm not really...
