nvidia gtx 560 fan replacement

My Zotax gtx 560 fan is driving me crazy! So I'm looking for a replacement to improve the cooling and noise. I've been looking at some Arctic Cooling because of positive experiences with those, but are there any other fans worth looking at? My priorities is as silent as can be! Thanks in advance

I just tried updating the chipset driver (forgot to try it out to begin with) but performance is still very very very *hitty Checked the controller settings, everythings seems to be set to DMA.

Currently, I use a pci-e, but i have used asrocks display port and the VGA too, it doesnt change the amount of memory the bios finds during POST. I have tried to look for settings in the bios but tried invain i took a few pictures of the bios showing the relevant configuration options, it...

I tried updating the BIOS now (didnt occour to me to try that before) and it still doesnt work, what i saw this time is that the BIOS only detets 3264mb. I tried looking everywhere in the BIOS but i simply cannot find anything that would describe why it eats 832mb memory.
