Phones are going to steadily become more of a commodity. There will still be high end phones for those who want luxury items, but the basic functionality will be mostly the same across all devices.
Battery life will improve (possibly by a factor of 2-3), but it won't be an earth-shattering...
Was the screen already scratched? Glass toughness can be incredibly sensitive to surface defects. If there's a deep scratch, sometimes a small hit to just the wrong spot can be catastrophic.
I'm not sure either of these particularly matter for your use case. I mean, if you were using it as a display for your photography customers to look through images, that'd be one thing. For forms, I think it's a who cares.
As for the memory, that'll only matter if you're running something...
How about the HP Stream?

The only real caveat is the lack of hardware storage space. Other than that, it's probably a solid choice for what they're doing.
I for one as a Pats fan am bummed to see him back in the AFC East (assuming he signs) I was hoping we were rid of him when the Jets were stupid enough to fire him. He's a damn good coach.
That said, as you indicated, the Bills have a lot of the same problems the Jets did a few years ago...
IMO: Never. There is no form of speech that should be threatened with violence in response. You're welcome to rebuke them or being offensive, but the mere fact that the speech was threatened with violence makes its promotion necessary.
I don't think it's a problem to simultaneously think that the content of Charlie Hebdo is disgusting while simultaneously furiously defending their right to publish.
Ultimately, the true test of free speech is whether the unpopular and offensive speech is permitted. For that reason alone, we...
There's a risk when you make an aggressive play for market share that you turn the industry into one where it's hard for anyone to make a profit (see: Amazon). In this case though, T-Mobile wasn't making any money in the old model, either. If the FCC weren't going to let them merge with...
"In Birmingham they love the Gov'nor, now we did what we could do."
This is a reference to George Wallace, who was one of the strongest segregationists at the time. The verse on Neil Young was also a reply to his comments on race in the South.
Whether or not the song itself is racist, it...
Since other people have all made good suggestions for used phones, the only suggestions for new phones in that price range would be the Moto G and the Lumia 635.
I got a 635 to replace my 521 when I broke the screen. It's definitely a much nicer phone. Much faster and the screen is more pleasant to work with. The only real downsides are that there's no front facing camera and the rear one still isn't great. Also, internet explorer still isn't the...
Amazon has the Canon S110 for $160. Just picked one up for my wife, who has a DSLR but could use a pocket-friendly camera.

Unless you've got an idea for something that actually requires printing, I probably wouldn't bother. There really isn't that much in the way of "useful" objects that a MakerBot-style printer can really create, unless you just want visual models of stuff. If your goal is really utility, you'd...
