Asian DVD versions of American TV shows from eBay

Just got R9800 Pro, do I need to reformat?

Hello I currently have a GF3 Ti500 in my computer (WinXP) with the latest Nvidia drivers. I just got my R9800 Pro in the mail today, what is my best option. Will I lose any performance if I simply use detonator destroyer and then put the card in and install ATI drivers? Thanks for the help.

Well I guess I should clarify. I am already very profecient with C++, I just have never made a real time game before. I am doing this to improve my knowledge of C++ and have some fun.
