Yeah, every now and again in source it'll studder for a second and a half or so. I'm unsure why, I have plenty of power.

I realize this is a repost, but things like Half-Life 2 have been locking up for short ammounts of time (2 seconds, or so). I've disabled the fast write in my bios, which helped earlier in 3dmark 2005, but now Counter-Strike and Half-Life 2 do a little stutter every now and then. Specs...

Well, now I do about 1000 more points thanks to disabling fast write and turning the agp speed to 4x8x instead of auto, problem solved I guess.

I'm buying some components for my gaming right right now, and I'm stuck on the ram. I see new rams I havent heard of yet, things like "PC2 5400" and such, whats teh best brand and speed to pair with this mobo? OCZ? Mushkin?
