21.3" LCD display flickering

I'm not 100% sure, but this does sound like a bad screen to me. Try reinstalling your graphics card driver for your laptop (if you have it available), it may just be a corrupt driver. If that doesn't work, I'd call tech support, explain the issue, and get it RMA'd. Creston

Flickering After Dusting off Video Card

You could have gotten some dust stuck in a certain area of the card where it's interfering with the picture. Get a can of compressed air, take the card out, then completely blow it clean of any and all specks of dust, make sure to spray in all the connectors, nooks crannies etc. Then, also...

Did my Hard Drive die?

It does sound like a corruption on your HD, but I don't know if it's actually dead or not. What OS do you have? You can try booting into the Recovery console (if you have 2K or XP), and running a chckdsk from the console, letting it fix all errors. Creston

Need some expert opinions on system/hardware issue.

He already did. I doubt it's the CPU, since you said you were able to run Memtest on it for 4 hours straight. If that CPU is having issues, I don't think it'd run for four hours... If you can, I'd suggest installing and running Prime95's torture test, but it seems your system won't stay up...

Random Shutdowns....fans dont shutdown though....

How is the airflow in your case? Lockups like that I would normally attribute to overheating. have you run a simple chkdsk on your harddisk to see if there are any bad clusters etc on it? Creston

Not quite sure I understood, you're trying with two monitors, right? Are you using the same video cable for both monitors? It might be that the cable is not working right, there could be some bent pins on it? But the beeps, memory parity error sounds suspicious. Are the two dimms a matched...
