Switching OS & APPS to SATA Drive/Help?

if you connect the SATA drive to the NVRaid ports (black ones usually) you should have no issue as they should be recognized as regular ports and not require any special drivers. Putting it on the Promise controller will become a headache and will the the ports you want to have your data drives...

The majority of top-tier retail PC manufacturers do restore partitions and do not provide cd's in the box. That part has not changed

you may also want to download the Ultimate Boot CD and just do it that way. It has all the major HDD manufacturer's tools on it for you plus a lot of other handy stuff.

Worth putting a Raptor on a 66mhz bus?

not recommended due to the heat the raptors can generate, especially in the passively-cooled cube. Put a 5400rpm drive in there (if they still exisit).

I can't believe the PS2 is capable of this...

Nowhere did it say it was PS2. It's more likely that was Xbox footage since the trailer site is claiming it's HD and for that to happen, it'd need to be played on an Xbox
