I am pretty confident we are talking about Dual Bank Pc66 Dimm Modules of memory here, not a converter... I guess we will get to wait and see.

This is a memory upgrade for the DEC Venturis line of Business servers, ran in the 486 to P166 range i believe. They have since beend defunct, but who knows perhaps these are standard Simms. DEC was not known for its compatability and use of readily available parts however
