I had a similiar problem. Changed the router and the problem did not go away. It turned out that Microsoft explorer would not work with the router. I downloaded Opera and it worked fine. Hope this helps.
The best way to search by price is to set a minimum and maximum price in the price box and keep lowering the max price until you find the price you want
