Man, they still haven't shipped mine. I ordered nov. 22 and got a ship date around nov. 27. When it got to that ship date it got bumped to 'back ordered' and gave me a new ship date around dec. 25th even though it still says usually ships within 24 hours. When I contacted them about it, they...

Just wanna say thanks...exactly what I needed; a host for a small number of files, low bandwidth, and no monthy fee--I only put up stuff like photos for friends/family, etc and it wouldn't be worth too much were I to pay

Dell 700m owners and playing DVDs

Same problem with my 700m (is it a problem?)...I have the stock CD-R/DVD-ROM and it doesn't recognize any of my DVD-R's; is the only option really to upgrade to a DVD-R drive (which I find completely useless in a laptop)? Kinda reminds me of the X-BOX DVD drives...

SIMS 2 for .99

As far as I know, you only need the key to install right now, I don't think there is online play. But if they add anything in the future, you might miss it. For HL2, the key is necessary and many people were getting keys already used (search "half life 2" and see the .99 thread). Consumer...

SIMS 2 for .99

Picked up the HL2 and was lucky enough to get a valid key...wouldn't worry about invalid keys with this one tho, just a messed up box and/or missing manuals

Dell 2005FPW for $389.... lowest this quarter.

Menu -> Image Settings -> Scaling: Change Fill to Aspect or 1:1. My 2005 developed some interference problem (or something), where a bunch of lines ran across the screen...eventually turned completely white and illegible--got a new, old one - (returns usually get you a refurb, right?). But...
