I can't imagine that the answer is yes. If it's anything like Quicken (which I use), you are only charged (if at all) by your bank. You bought the software from Microsoft---the bill paying is a service provided by the bank (by interfacing with the software).
DVDXCopy is a rip-off. You should in no event be spending good money for it. DVDShrink is great---it can rip (and remove copy protection), re-encode and burn (using Nero). It's all I use.

However, when I run the installer I get decompression errors on every file. I've never had this happen before. Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?
