Need help deciding Graphics Card!

I'm wondering the same. I was going to buy parts for a new system a couple days ago but now I'm holding off to wait for these new cards coming out. Hopefully they don't end up coming out in December or January.

DVD Read Speed

Does anyone Does anyone here know the real read speed of the NEC ND-3550A on a 9GB dvd drive (average is cool, I'd be happy for anything)? I'm looking to buy a new burner, and want one with the fastest real-life (not advertised) read speed on a DVD-9 disc. Or for that matter, does anyone know...

Noisy PC Fans

Hello all, I recently got a new desk, and with my PC more out in the open, I'm noticing that this beast is pretty noisy. I'm pretty sure it's mainly my power supply, 450w allied (off brand). My other case fans are okay I think, but I can't exactly cancel them out just yet. Any suggestions...

Radeon 9500 Pro & 19inch SyncMaster 955DF

HD died-- need info back

I had the same exact thing happen to me at work. I ended up researching hard drive recovery, and unfortunately for you, for just a 40 gig hard drive, the minimum price was $800 and went up to $4000 depending on how severe the damage was.
