Wife and I, both have separate BofA credit cards, we got the letters a few weeks ago, that our rates would go from fixed 7.9% to a variable rate currently at like 13%. We always pay more then the min, keep a small balance on them, never been late or anything. We both have excellent credit...
This list is on the torrents, if anyone really needs to see it. It includes a lot of very creative domain names. Thing I found the most interesting is how it includes Photobucket accounts and Youtube accounts. I find this interesting because a simple email or call to Photobucket and Youtube...

Jon does an excellent job saying what needs to be said. I find it pretty sad still that a comedy news show once again does a better job at being the media, then the media itself.
I wonder after seeing this if...
Not doing anything else besides giving speeches?
Quick list of things he has done as President, stolen from Wikipedia so I don't have to retype it:
The list also left out him lifting restrictions on federal financing of embryonic stem cell research this week. Not to say you agree with...
I should of made it clearer, these two homes are in not as good condition and other factors. My own home is actually estimated around 32% upside at the start of 2009.
I am wondering the exact same thing, as it's something that has crossed my mind with my own home. I have a 780 credit score, 30yr fixed at a 5.62% rate, always paid on time, have no problems making the payment each month. The house next door as well as one across the street foreclosed and one...
Very well said. People who do not want to pay for things will continue to not be customers, no matter what actions are taken. They are fighting a battle they will never win and only creating a lot of bad PR for themselves in doing so. People like my wife who would never pirate anything...
In most cases the rights to a given song does not belong to the artist at all. The song belongs to the record label it was recorded under and in this situation the artist normally only gets a percentage of each sale, sometimes not even that.
Cable TV is the biggest ripoff to consumers. Unless the cable industry overhauls and goes into a build your own cable channel package, or a completely ondemand service like Netflix I will be dropping them with the next 5 years guaranteed.
Internet service I am overall happy with its price...
I am voting by early mail-in ballot as well. I do every year as does my wife. In fact they now have it in my state/county where you can signup to automatically get a mail-in ballot sent to you every election, instead of having to request one each time.
This is happening everywhere, regardless of the situtation. My mom runs a reality and they have had a hell of a time getting anything closed for the last few months. Basically everything gets to the closing and appears to be good, then the lender turns around and asks for more pretty much...
Even easier, is most states you can register to vote online, no need to mail anything. Lots of states you can register to vote online through the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) website with a few simple clicks.
In my county you can even request an early ballot (mail in ballot) by...
His past experiences have nothing to do with the effects of aging and his brains ability to function like it did 20yrs ago. When I see him talk and give speeches I see an old man whose brain is on a serious decline. He often has trouble remembering things correctly and concentrating.
An even bigger factor of his age is his brain does not work like it use to. I find it odd we ever elect people his age to positions of power knowing that the brain is on a huge decline, which impacts decision making and judgement.
