Most of the MS sat view maps of the D/FW area are 2 to 3 years older than Google. MS overlays the roads from the road map view on the sat view, but the actual road is not in the pic.

Just look at the many hi-tech consulting companies (including 2 I worked for) and the major increase in H1-B personnel. They farm them out to client companies for lower rates than what US contractors are normally paid.
