ooooh, sounds like if you come to verizon with a compatible phone as a new customer, you can start a month-to-month plan, get grandfathered in for unlimited data, and then sign up for a 2-year plan and get a phone discount when the good LTE phones come out later this year...

unless i'm missing something, your exchange with the verizon rep (particularly the bolded part) doesn't inspire me with confidence that you'll be able to use the 2-year upgrade discount later.

it could be, but you'd have to be an idiot make that argument. many cities have higher chlamydia rates than the US population as a whole. a bunch of those cities have higher rates than Baltimore. for example - New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, etc. you don't understand the data that you posted...

oh please. does anyone understand how cities work? to some degree or another, cities have large concentrations of poor people. in those areas, there is a significant amount of crime and drug use. when you quote average incomes, housing prices, crime rates, etc for an entire city, those numbers...

slash's first response contains all the P&S models that you should be considering if you want decent low-light performance... and even though the LX3/5 and S90/95 have features suited for low-light photography (f2.0 lenses, large-ish sensors), the user needs at least some photographic knowledge...
