ANybody know anything about the Vista Task Scheduler?

This strange problem was resolved by setting some sensible permissions on the registry, such as full access to SYSTEM and Administrators for HKLM and HKCU. Once it was done, functionality returned to normal. I assume some permissions were corrupted, which the tool fixed .
