It’s does give some info, but it’s just an IP (with reverse DNS), and port 443/80 and I don’t see anything else. The IP and reverse DNS look like servers hosted on our ISP’s network, and are registered to out ISP and Akamai, but I have no idea how to find out anything beyond that. My PC is...

.MKV Hardware encoding will iPad ever support ?

MKV is just a container that typically contains h.264 and h.265 video. Most iPads have a dedicated h.264 decoder (new ones have an h.265 decoder as well). I'm not sure if they all support h.264 encode as well... but I believe they do since performance is so good when shooting video. Anyway...
