Radeon 9600 & Direct 3d problem

Recently built a AMD64 system (MSI Neo 2 ultra) AMD 3000+ cpu, 1 ghz ram. For just general usage, I decided to use a Rosewill Radeon 9600 128mb ram Video card. Everything looks fine and dandy- except whe I try to run a Direct3d game- its a no-go I've made sure and uninstalled and installed...

AVG slow to connect, if at all?

Yes, have had the same problem. As I recall- you used to be able to change the server that you connected to- but see that thats now not available- unless someone knows a way around?

What to do with AT cases

Doing a bit of spring cleaning here- and have come across 3 AT Cases, with good PS's between 200& 250 watts. Now really, I suppose I'd be better off just tossing them, but I HATE tossing something that is "good" , just obsolete. Anyone have some suggestions on projects I can use these for?

Lindows and Seti

Just a quick note- recently got to d/l Lindows for free- thought I'd see if anyone has figured out the "best" way to run Seti on it. Assume that probalby it should be set up same as Linux- but thought I'd ask here first

IL-2 Forgotten Battles is excellent- I've played the living dickens out of it Lock On- Modern Air Combat is supposed to be good- at least there is a D/l demo of it- will see what it looks like in a bit

Notebook AMD XP-M Processor 2200+, 5.3 Lbs $699

Medion is a German PC maker whose been trying to get in the US market the past several years----No doubt if you do some back research, you'll find that they've built the Aldi "Black Fri" specials. From what I recall, they've had a good product, especially when you consider the price

Power supply ? Hard to find

Odd Problem

Windows Xp Dial up- Suggestions?

Got a system here thats causing some fits- It's automatically dialing up at various times through the day. Any ideas on how to find the program thats causing it?

For all military aviation freaks...Some nice movies of Russian jets and helicopters...

A couple of points: Most people need to realize this, but most of the Russian gear is designed to operate for WAR. As I understand it, they don't worry so much about things like engine life, or stress'es on the Airframe over time etc. In a lot of ways this makes the Aircraft cheaper...
