Need help with buying a Laptop.

if you want portability i would not recommend alienware. don't get me wrong, i really like my alienware laptop, but the thing is heavy, has little battery life, and is really noisy. At some point i will be buying something a little more suited for work. As far as gaming goes I love my alienware...

Hows this build sound

you should spring for at least the 6600gt or even the 6800gt, good processor choice. maybe spring for a 17" monitor at least. as many people here will undoubtably say, aspire makes flashy but poor products. it would cost more but i'd say get a separate power supply, a good quality one, instead...

does the truepower truecontrol II have voltage adjust dials? that's what it looks like from the different things i've read but i'm not sure. is this feature comparable to the OCZ powerstream feature?

is the 19A on each 12v rail fine for any system? I'm not completely sure how the dual 12v rails work, does it mean that i am limited to 19A on one rail? is that ok?

best gaming mouse

i've checked, there's even a thread in planetamd64, there's issues with the x64 setpoint drivers and the mx510 mouse. i can't actually test this myself because i dont have x64 yet, just trying to plan ahead. does anybody else have recommendations for other nice gaming mice?
