Okay I tried lowering to 59hz; I even used DXtory to try to cap it at 59hz after that didn't work, but nothing worked. By the way, CCC was set to Vsync "Always Off" during this test. I tried RadeonPro (Default driver fps rate) with DXtory set to a 60hz cap; this didn't work. I tried DXtory by...
