woohoo! That's one reply! Thanks! Regarding spam - I've heard great things about CloudMark's SpamNet (I believe that's what it is called). It didn't work too well with my old imap account, but I hear it works great with pop/smtp. That's part of the reason I'm trying to find new email...

BEeping when new keyboad is plugged in

Heya ps/2, and it was in the keyboard slot. Also, I checke the keyboard, and it is a 5 V, and there is no switch. so then I tried it in my laptop, where it worked fine without any beeping. I've yet to try it on the desktop since the beeping is so annoying that I wouldn't use it even if it...

Heya, I just decided to try out a Compaq keyboard I found in storage since I don't like my current one. However, when I plug it into the slot on my Abit BE6, the computer beeps continually as it boots up. Does anyone know why this is, and if I can fix it? Could it have something to do with...

Heya guys, Basically my question is in the title - is it possible to connect two computers using win98 with a usb cable? Direct Cable Connection doesn't seem to allow for this possibility, but is there any way to swing it? Or is there a program that lets it work? Thanks! Delta
