In November, will do MCSD.net track. (C#) What books to read, any tips?

Hey Guys. In a few months, I will be doing the MCSD.net track. I will be specialising in C#. Can anyone give me some tips or even some book suggestions to read for all the seperate parts? Basically think of me as a noob to .net but not programming as I have 4 years in asp, javascript, xml...

Need Remote Control Software, for over Port 80 and via Browser..

Currently using winVNC.. very happy with it... However, the place of work im going to, is very restrictive on its port openings... they don't have ports 5800/5900 open :( So.. im looking for an alternative... 1) I don't mind installing software on the server. 2) Software needs to run over...

Did you guys really read my posts? Does not matter anyway, im going to take the drive off my primary machine, then put it on as a slave on my secondary machine.. .. copy off all the files i need.. put it back on my primary machine, as the primary drive, then re-ghost the disk... .. hopefully...

Lol, thanx for that.. if the jumpers weren't correctly set or the IDE connectors werent in, then the disk wouldn't be working full stop. This isn;t a brand new pc, its been working for at least 18 months.. im gonna try the m$ boot disks now, to see if they get farther than the cd-rom. Anyone...

Just switched on the PC.. and it won't boot. keep on getting a disk read error occured.. press ctrl alt del to restart :confused: The o/s is winxp. I've checked the HD out with maxtors utility, no bad sectors or any problems with the drive.. I've also got my cd of winxp, and tried to boot...

I am having fun with Unreal II

Its idle as i said before.. What can the chip, if it was higher in full load, like 70C.. is that ok?

Thats idle btw, not at full load. Do I really need this fan? As its no longer a silent solution with the fan, it makes a bit of noise :(
