there are no firmware updates on sprint phones; just software and PRL. but yes they will be charging for software updates on all phones after 1/1/06 if you do not have ESRP.

Windows didn't reboot normally

Why hate Dell?

I can't think of any reason to hate Dell. They make a quality product at a great price. Considering the fact that most PC users do not know anything about PCs, Dell is a perfect solution. I've recommended Dell and Gateway (before e-machine merger) to many for their home and business use PCs.

NewEgg Raptors have NO warranty????

I checked my warranty on WDs site too, it says in warranty until 2009. I wonder if there is a chance that I am not covered with my OEM drive even though the website says I am?
