Hi everyone,
Just wanted to start a thread on prepaid phone deals.
Here's a list of some prepaid carriers. Tracfone is currently running a special for 1 year with 400 minutes and 50 bonus minutes. Seems like a good deal.

I found this as I was surfing on the web to locate a good deal for a domain:

I have used Yahoo in the past when they had domains for $1.99 but they raised their price to nearly $10.
There have been considerable people in the past here who have...
Skype seems to be the best deal. You don't need a landline if you get SkypeIn which is $60 per year and includes voicemail. The only thing is, it would be nice to have a cordless phone that works with Skype so that you don't need to be near your computer all the time. They're so expensive...
Hi, I wanted to start a thread on VOIP.
Vonage has a decent deal on 500 minutes/month for 14.99/month. The equipment is free. What do you guys think? Anyone who has the other VOIPs?
Taken from their website:
Rate plans include an a la carte option which charges 20 cents per minute for incoming and outgoing calls and 10 cents for outgoing text messages. Other options include the ?medium? plan, which charges 10 cents per minute for incoming calls, 15 cents for outgoing...
I think there's some sort of virus on my computer because every few minutes I keep getting a pop-up from WinFixer telling me to buy their anti-spy software and anti-virus software. Do you guys have any experience with WinFixer, and is it worth spending $39.95 for it to get rid of their own...
Has anyone else had problems getting the $25? I signed up in the middle of January, and it's been more than 45 business days. I called them up, and they want me to fax a copy of the promotion to them which I don't have. What should I do?
Hi everyone,
It's been a while since I've posted a message, but I wanted to start this thread to discuss the benefits and drawbacks of all the various VOIP companies out there. In this day and age, it almost just doesn't make sense to have a land line anymore. Thanks!
I just bought this monitor and got it today. To my disappointment, there are two dead pixels in the upper left. What should I do? I can return the monitor to Dell but I don't want to pay for shipping it to them. This is kind of a dilemma. PLEASE help...
Hi, it's me again. Just wanted to tell you that it went pretty smoothly. I cancelled the MSN today and there weren't any problems with it. I did have to give my credit card when I signed up but they assured me that nothing would be charged if I discontinued it within a month. Didn't want to...
I bought a few things at my local Radio Shack and signed up for the MSN thing (which of course, I'm going to cancel tomorrow). The total was $16 so with the $20 cash back from MSN, they paid me $4 in cash!
Just went there today and they said they had never heard of any rebate on it. Also there wasn't any rebate included in the @home kit as well. Their price was $199. The rebates are supposed to bring it down to anywhere between $75 and $125. Could someone help me out? I would be really...
Yup I had the same problem. I live in CA and they shipped it from Jacksonville, FL to Irving, TX. I called them up yesterday and told them that some idiot signed for it in TX. Then they told me that it was their warehouse. They'll ship it from TX to CA. I don't know why they do it this way...
There's only one problem with buying the TDK (even though I put in an order for it myself). The rebate says that "requests must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date." That means we need to receive the TDK within 3.5 weeks so that we can send it in time. Do you think...
