I give it a 'not hot' for 2 reasons. 1. the best buy deal eclipses this deal and 2. only a 1 year warranty. Seagate offers a 5 year warrant and hitachi offers a 3 year warranty. IMHO Western digital needs to extend their warranty to stay competitive with Seagate.
Compusa got busted for rebate problems and as part of the settlement, they had to revamp their rebate process. Just make sure you have copies of everything so you can have them by the short hairs if they try to pull a fast one
