Overclock - Corsair A50 Cool to Touch?

I guess its working. I unplugged the fan from it and it got quite hot. I guess that giant fan really moves the heat out of there quickly. :)

I've been trying to overclock my 2500k. I have a Corsair A50 HSF on it, but it does not get hot even at 100% load. I've tried touching the heatpipes and the heatsink portion. It gets a little warm, but thats it. I've tried re-attaching it, and even turning it 90 degrees and attaching...

What RAM for i5 750?

I'm looking to buy an i5 750 with a Gigabyte UD3R. Probably 4 or 6 GB of RAM. What should I be looking for when looking for RAM? I'll probably do some overclocking, but nothing extreme. Its been about 5 years since I've built a machine, so I don't even know what to look for anymore.
