Does your LCD have input lag?

I have this so badly on my 2001fp. I dropped so much cash on it right when it first came out because I thought it would be perfect, it's not, It's been driving me nuts for so long. MAKE IT STOP.

Easy question!

Just in case anyone is reading this having the same problem... if you want your ram to run in dual-channel you have to put it in the right slots on the mobo. On my asus board i had to put them in every other slot. Bingo, fixed it right quick. thanks for the replies.

Easy question!

Another easy question! I have 2gigs of ram in my new computer and when I boot up the BIOS says it's all there, but it says DDR 400, Single Channel, 64-bit Don't I want it in dual channel? How would I change that? Ahh! EDIT: it's corsair value 2x1gb sticks.

something is Horribly Wrong with christmas build, PLEASE HELP !!

Have you plugged in the PC speaker? At least if you got a certain amount of beeps that could help... but you're right, you NEED spare parts at this point to narrow it down.

2001FP issues

Exact same thing here. Radeon 9700 pro, hooked up dvi to a 2001fp. What the heck is this mouse lag, i thought I was crazy and that i was the only one, my friends have all told me that i was nuts, but man maybe i'm just an extreme nerd but this is killing me. Does anyone know dell's return policy...

Dell 2001FP on sale for $720 under small business

I had been waiting and waiting and i hopped on the 20% off plus 40$ off 400 (or something like that) and it was at 679$. Tax and shipping were 89$ combined though. it was 767$ shipped. I just couldn't wait any longer and for some reason ( reading these forums ) I just don't think i'll be...

Any MCAD's or MCSD's in the house?

This could be completely irrelevant, but i took the MSCE tests for NT 4.0 a while ago. Since expired but my experience was this. Having passed five tests, had to take 2 of them twice, the thing that made me pass them was buying o'reilly books on them and reading the entire thing the day before...

s-video to DVI/VGA?

The dell 2001fp has s-video and rca inputs. It's not going to be an HD signal...but i'm sure it would look ok. You can even do Picture in Picture with your desktop and ps2 in the corner. haha...

Buying LCD...Need advice! :)

Thanks for the encouragement. Says will ship by friday. AHH can't wait. I do like the 3 year warranty. I guess every couple years you gotta bite down and just get a display right? right? :)
