IP Secutiry Camera DVR

I was wondering what it takes to link IP Securtity cameras to a server acting as a DVR. Also, I'm not sure which camera to go with, however I would like it to be Power over Ethernet Capable.

Media Center Graphics Card

it will be running 2 monitors. one monitor will be the windows desktop so the controller can cue items, and the other will be the projector's feed (spit to accommodate another physical monitor). The videos will be HD.

DVD Drive SATA questions

I am going to purchase a new DVD drive soon, and wanted to buy a SATA model to cut down on cable clutter. Will this create any problems with my HDD if i use the same SATA controller, or does the mobo even care (It's and intel d945gnt)?

Dedicated Server Behind Router

I'll check prices for a smaller connection. OC-12 is the fastest. They probably won't run the fiber optic cable, and it's all underground to the nearest pole that is 1/2 mile away. I'll defiantly upgrade to the 15/2 with the servers allowed in the TOS. I'll just run a server for me and some...

Dedicated Server Behind Router

My ISP can run Fiber Service. I'm not sure on the exact speed, but their website says it has speeds scalable up to OC12. They allow servers in their business class service. I will be upgrading sometime soon.

UPS Battery Explosion

I am getting servers soon, and I obviously need to get a UPS. I've heard stories of their batteries exploding and since they will be in my bedroom, I really don't want a battery to explode. Should I be worried if I get a UPS of it's battery exploding?

Adding a HDD w/o RAID

RAID Booting

I am going to set up a server soon and I am hoping ti run RAID 0+1. I was going to run it off a PCI Card, but I want to be sure that I can boot off that card before I format the existing hard drive. The operating system is going to be Windows Home Server.

Processor Temp

My processor idles at about 60C. In the past hour, the temperature has jumped 3 times to above 70C. It is an Intel P4 at 3.06GHz running the stock Intel cooler. Should I get a better cooler, and if so, which ones do you recommend?
