I've read in different forums that there are reports of Nuuvem keys being region locked, even without a region lock warning. Though if a purchased key doesn't work, you could probably get a refund.

No signal input, power button doesn't turn off the computer

Turning off the motherboard by holding down the power button is done via a chip, most likely the Super IO. If it is not turning off after holding down the power button, either the PSU is bad (not supplying enough power to the chip) or the chip itself is bad.

setting up qos on zyxel p660hnt3a

Are there any qos rules already in place, i.e. pics of the General and Queue Setup pages would be helpful. I'm a little confused though. Normally you want to give priority to iptv, otherwise the video stream may start buffering.

Asus p8Z77-M Pro fails to power

You're at the mercy of the manufacturer when it comes to RMA's. You didn't ask, but I would advise on a different model. ASUS makes great boards, but that particular one is a lemon.

ASROCK is misleading their customers!

I believe ASRock's OC Tuner is software based, so the Vcore setting may be there. Not defending ASRock as that really should be in the BIOS. Sucks if you're going to be running a non-Windows OS.

After shutdown, computer won't boot unless PSU shut down

I think it's your PSU. 2A on the standby rail is insufficient for ATX12V 2.2 (minimum 2.5A). A workaround is if you have USB devices plugged in, try removing them.
