How to get a better plan with Cingular wireless

I just called a few days ago to downgrade my plan...(it was the $39.99 plan with 300 peak minutes)...to the current $29.99 plan with 300 peak minutes and they threw in an extra 150 mins. So now i get 450 peak minutes, 1000 nights & weekends for $29.99. So definitely call in.
