Picked up a Argus 1.3 megapixel Digital Camera at the Torrance CA OM 129.99 -70.00 instant rebate -10.00 mail in rebate -20.00 OD coupon = 29.99 + tax I tried to get the manager to let me also use it on the Polaroid 40/12/48 burner to bring that down to about $20, but she wouldn't go for it...

MS Optical Wheel Mouse $4.95 after $10 rebate, Fry's B&M M.B.

This one is ,nice and light, I had the MS cordless optical model but the batterys made it heavy and I returned it. But the 2 additional Programable side buttons were nice on that one, but that was about $50 more.

ME: How to control how Win Explorer opens?

Thanks for the answers, I have been using Power Desk Explorer, and am very happy with it. Thought I would give this a bump in case anyone wants a better solution than WE.:D:|:Q:|:D

*HOT* Best Darn Popup Killer PERIOD !!!

I use Opera for a browser because I use a phone modem and it is the fastes browser,and you can disable pop ups or have them popup in the background. Which is good so you can read the good ones. I used POW with IE but it doesn't seem to work with Opera. If you haven't tried Opera check it out...

New AMD question / FIC AN11 MOBO ?

Frys - Athlon XP 1700+ & FIC AN11 M/B $129

Sidewinder Strategic Commander Controller - free after $30 in rebates.

:disgust: You know I have heard "some people" badmouth Fry's on these threads, but as I read the fine print at the bottom of the Fry's add in the Beach Reporter it plainly says, "Not Responsible for Typographical Errors", so they do not have to sell it to us at this price. It just must be out...

New AMD question / FIC AN11 MOBO ?

I got one at Fry's too, the guy suggested the Chrome Orb fan heatsink, which didn't fit. Went to Compusa and got one of their storebrand for $20, its bigger and it fits. Looks like this board doesn't support 5 speaker systems, or can it with some adapter? Guess my SB live value will stay...
