@The Boston Dangler: the video card is plugged in via a HDMI cable to the Xonar's HDMI in port, then another HDMI cable from the out port on the xonar to the receiver's in port. This is how I understood the setup in the xonar's manual. Am I doing something wrong? This same setup works...
