Q6600/GA-X48-DS4 wont boot when cold??

Appears to be my memory modules. I've ordered two matching sets of the corsair dominators (4 total DIMMs).. Though both pairs are the exact same part number, exact same timings, voltages, etc... One has a 'v2.01' and the other pair is 'v3.1'.. The v3.1's boot fine every single time...

Hey all, I'm hoping for your advice/wisdom here. I just built a system with a Q6600, gigabyte GA-X48-DS4, and 4gb (2 x 2gb) using Corsair Dominator PC2-1066 @ 5-5-5-15T v2.1v The system runs *rock* solid @ 3.2ghz (400mhz FSB, 8x multiplier). Passes memtest86 all night long, runs linux...

Thanks for the suggestion. This is the exact memory I purchased. According to the PDF, it's 2.2V. Assuming the Gigabyte board supplys v1.8 by default, i would need to bump DIMM voltage by +0.4v. Ok, I tried up to 0.3 with no success, so I'll try 0.4 tonight and see if I can get it to use...

How do I know how much to raise the voltage? Is there a util that will tell me what voltage my DIMMs are currently at? Cpu-z doesnt seem to, and I can't find anything in the BIOS about that. The DIMM setting in the DS3 bios is incremental, not an exact value, so I would need to know how much...
