Looking for a MB with Video, LAN and Modem

Thank you guys I am also considering a Mirostar MB MS-6367 (available in *bay and some other place) ~$40. Ofcouse it dosnt have a modem and I think I can get a FAR PCI modem. Regards Dominic

Please suggest me a good, inexpensive Dolby Digital 5.1 Speaker for home use. I have SB 5.1 + mp3 card on my system. So I would like to play DVD movies on my system and watch on my TV (s-video). Now I need a good decent speakers. ( 5 piece )
