Plextor PX 716A drive won't stay closed

Ok Fixed the problem. Somehow when changing the front basel I guess it was out of position which caused the drive tray to keep opening. Thaks and Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.

Plextor PX 716A drive won't stay closed

I forgot to mention after I took it out of the box, I changed the front basel from gray to black. To do this one turns the drive upside down, open the door the manual way, release the front cover; and door. Then put new ones on. I think something maybe wrong with one of the manual eject...

I do have Adobe Photo Shop version 5.0 I installed the driver software and then a icon appeared in my system tray for the scanner, but when I click on it, nothing happens. When I use the photo shop it will scan it. Will photo shop be much better in the long over the software I could order for...

Visioneer 3100b scanner software

I have an old Visioneer 3100b scanner. I've gotten the needed drivers from their web site, and could order the specific models software from them at $10. The Scanner is not realy worth that. Shareware would be better. Since I don't have the program software for it, can I install the drivers...

internet connection sharing

Now tell me if I'm wrong. I have set up a internet connection sharing between one win xp pc, and another with win 98. Just using a cross over cable, no hub or router. I'm able to get online with both PC now using Internet Explorer. The win xp pc is sharing it's modem...now tell me does the win...

I got it working, but I'm sure I will have some adjustments to make to get the full use of this feature. If any one has a link, info, or a way I can conntact them for future questions I maight have that would be great. Thanks

No did not help, but thanks alot. All that I have seen so far refers to using a hub, or a hub and a router. Not what I'm trying to do.
